Matt Vender

Matt Vender is a Leasing Director at Perform Properties, having joined in November 2023 after being promoted from Leasing Associate at ShopCore Properties, where they began in March 2022. Currently, Matt is responsible for leasing a portfolio of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers across major metropolitan areas from New York to the Carolinas. Prior to their tenure at ShopCore, Matt was part of the Retail Brokerage team at Colliers International in Philadelphia, where they collaborated with various institutional and local owners and assisted numerous tenants with their expansions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
