Ian Hotchkiss

Ian Hotchkiss is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in retail leasing and construction management. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Leasing at Morguard since July 2023, Ian previously held various significant positions at H&M from April 2009 to May 2023, including Expansion Manager, Country Real Estate Manager, and Regional Construction Manager, where responsibilities encompassed new store locations, optimization of existing locations, and negotiation of real estate transactions across North America. Ian's early career included a role as Project Manager at Sweett Group, overseeing major projects such as the £300m refurbishment of the Manchester Arndale Centre. Ian holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Project Management from The University of Salford, earned between 2001 and 2006.
