Tyler Benjamin currently serves as SVP and Head of People & Culture at Perform Properties, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, starting in June 2024. Previously, Tyler held various leadership roles at Netflix from July 2018 to August 2023, including Vice President as HR Business Partner for Studio Operations & Production, Legal & Public Policy, and Business & Legal Affairs. Additional experience includes roles at Discovery Inc. and NBCUniversal, along with earlier positions at Jose Cuervo, BountySystems, Inc., and sixdegrees.com. Tyler holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Bucknell University.
