André Paganuchi

André Paganuchi has extensive experience in the technology industry. André began their career as a Multimedia and Websites Developer at Edhy Marketing in 2001 and then worked as a Consultant Developer at Stefanini IT Solutions from 2004 to 2006. André then joined Procsys Tecnologia as a Software Factory Manager, where they were responsible for managing development projects and processes. In 2009, André co-founded Performa_IT and became its CTO, leading the technical area and making strategic decisions for the company and its customers. In 2016, they joined Appito as the CTO, responsible for defining technical solutions and managing the development and technical support team. André also has experience as an investor and founder in Bungo Scooter, an urban mobility startup in Lisbon, Portugal. André provided guidance to technology developers and local operational workers while managing the startup's finances and relationships with investors.

André Paganuchi completed a BS degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista from 1999 to 2003. In 2022, they attended The University of Akron for the Innovative Project Management Program in Project Management. André also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate in 2019, MCSD: App Builder - Certified 2016, MCSD Web ASP.NET 4.5 in 2015, and MCTS HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 in 2013. André also holds certifications in MCPD Web ASP.NET 4.0, SAP ABAP, and Shaping up with Angular.js.
