Robin Donnan has over 30 years of experience in the learning and performance improvement field. Robin began their career in 1988 as an Experienced Senior Instructional Designer for Accenture's Professional Education Division. In 1991, they moved to Waste Management's Chemical Waste Management division as a Technical Trainer. In 1993, they joined Arthur Andersen's Professional Education Division as an Experienced Education Manager. In 1995, they became the President and Learning & Performance Improvement Consultant for Performance Associates, Inc. | Performance Improvement. Additionally, they serve as a Sr. Instructional Design Consultant for Independent Consultant.

Robin Donnan has a diverse educational background. Robin holds a Master's Degree in Instructional Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, 55 credit hours of Ph.D. coursework in Knowledge Management and Learning Management from Walden University, additional graduate-level coursework in Learning Design & Technology from San Diego State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and an Associate's Degree in Audiovisual Technology from Monroe Community College. Robin also engages in ongoing professional development.
