A.J. Fullam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as the Owner and Web Developer at Simple Site Solution, LLC. from 2003 to 2007. They then worked as a Web Developer & Web Salesperson at Five-Star Technology Solutions for a year. Following that, they held roles such as Vehicle Fleet Administrator and Project Manager / Graphic Designer at Dealer Specialties from 2008 to 2010. They then served as an IT & Network Specialist at Universal City Nissan Inc from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, A.J. Fullam joined Dominion Dealer Solutions as a Corporate Trainer, responsible for creating and implementing training programs. They also worked as an Inside Sales Professional, Project Manager, and Business Development professional at Dominion Dealer Solutions from 2012 to 2015.

From 2016 to 2017, A.J. Fullam worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Performance Automotive Network, where they played a key role in developing and deploying digital marketing strategies. They later assumed roles as a Digital Marketing Manager and currently as the Digital Marketing Director at the same company.
