Lynne McNelis is a seasoned professional in product development and marketing, currently serving as the Director of New Product Development at Performance Beauty Group since September 2022. Under this role, Lynne has contributed to the success of top false lash brands such as Lilly Lashes, Velour Beauty, and FlutterHabit, which are recognized for their revolutionary approach to the lash category. Prior experience includes a decade at Xile Beauty as the Director of Marketing & Innovation and a pivotal role at Unilever as Director of TIGI Global Innovation, where Lynne oversaw new product development for multiple brands. Lynne’s extensive career began at TIGI, progressing through various leadership roles in marketing and product development. Lynne holds a degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from Louisiana State University.
