Bassem Khaddage

Bassem Khaddage is a Regional Safety Manager at Performance Contracting, Inc. since June 2023, focusing on the High Tech Division. Prior experience includes serving as Site Safety Manager and Safety Team Lead at Delta Diversified Enterprises, Inc. from May 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring safe work practices and training employees on site-specific safety procedures. Bassem also worked as Airside Safety and Operations Shift In-Charge at Hamad International Airport from March 2019 to November 2021, leading a team to ensure passenger safety and conducting safety incident investigations. As a Safety Inspector for the Directory General of Civil Aviation in Lebanon (September 2017 - March 2019), Bassem audited service providers for compliance with safety policies and established an updated reporting system. Early roles included internships at Lebanese Air Transport Co. and Mideast Aircraft Services Co., and training at Joramco. Bassem holds a Master of Science in Air Transport Management from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Technology in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from the University of Balamand.
