Michael Wright II MS, CSP, currently serves as Branch Safety Manager at Performance Contracting, Inc. since January 2019, focusing on best practices and compliance with safety standards. Previously, as Area Safety Manager at HDR from May 2017 to January 2019, Michael managed environmental, health, and safety protocols across several government contracts. From October 2013 to June 2017, as Program Safety Manager at Parsons, a proactive safety program was developed, significantly reducing the incident rate. Additionally, Michael worked as a Safety Specialist at Parsons in 2013, implementing safety policies and conducting audits. Earlier experience includes roles at West Virginia University and Neyra Industries, along with a capstone internship at USDA Natural Resource Conservation Services. Michael holds a Master's degree in Safety Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from West Virginia University.
