Rod L. Eisenhauer

SVP, General Counsel at Performance Contracting, Inc.

As Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Performance Contracting Group, Inc., Rod manages PCG’s Legal Department, which reviews and negotiates contracts ranging from $100,000 in value to $60 Million, engages and manages outside counsel and consultants, participates in dispute resolution, and provides legal support and advice to the company on both the branch and corporate levels, including involvement in issues regarding labor and employment, insurance, workman’s compensation, patents and licensing, and acquisitions. He also advises the PCG Board of Directors and sits on PCG’s Ethics Oversight Committee.

Rod graduated from the University of Kansas in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering, then earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas in 1995. Prior to joining PCG in 2006, Rod was a shareholder in the Kansas City law firm of Seigfreid, Bingham, Levy, Selzer & Gee, P.C., where he practiced primarily in the area of construction law and litigation for eleven years, and has a broad range of litigation, contract, labor, and ADR experience. He is an active member of and occasional author and speaker for the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, as well as the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Rod’s background in the construction industry, as well as his experiences here at PCG, have provided him with the knowledge and expertise as PCG’s chief legal officer to help guide PCG through and around any and all challenges it faces as we continue to grow and succeed.
