Brook Allen

Brook Allen is a Learning & Development Manager at Performance Drone Works (PDW), where they focus on aligning learning and talent development with organizational performance. With over 30 years of experience, Brook has designed graduate-level programs and developed innovative curricula, achieving graduation rates of 98–100%. Previously, they served in various capacities with the U.S. Army and completed leadership roles in organizations such as U.S. European Command and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Brook holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in International and Public Affairs from Columbia University and a Master's in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
