Chris Kirk is an executive leader with 27 years of experience managing teams from 5 to 700 individuals in high-pressure environments. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts at PDW, Chris leads cross-functional teams to secure new business while also working as a certified mental performance coach at Top Mental Game. Chris’s extensive military background includes pivotal roles in the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation, where they commanded one of the elite battalions, earning recognition as the best aviation unit in the Army. Chris holds advanced degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and International Relations from the Air War College, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in General Management from West Point.
