Mike Shepherd is a seasoned professional in revenue and sales operations with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at PDW since February 2024, Mike previously held the position of Director of Sales Operations at Skydio from May 2021 to August 2023, where contributions led to significant company growth, with a focus on efficiency improvements and scalable processes. Mike's earlier roles include Sales Operations Manager at Lightbend, Inc., and Senior Customer Operations Manager/Analyst, as well as pivotal positions at X-IO Technologies and FrontRange Solutions, where expertise in Salesforce administration, data analysis, and sales enablement was developed.
