We decided in 2014 to bring four successful independent businesses together to for Performance Edge Partners Ltd. The thinking was that we could do more significant, interesting and leading edge work together than we could when apart. As an organisation we are a toddler – just about twelve months old - but we also have over 60 years of combined experience in the area of coaching and leadership. It’s all we do. 

The experiment seems to be working. From our wide range of backgrounds and learning we are delighted to be offering an approach which has brought about great results for individual leaders and their businesses. 

Our own plans are BIG. We can’t encourage you to be awesome and not set similar goals for ourselves. So, we aim to be around for some considerable time to come, doing ‘real work’ that shapes the future of leadership development.
