Lynnleigh Maloney

Lynnleigh Maloney has extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership, currently serving as VP of HR Strategic Planning & Execution at Performance Food Group. Previously, Lynnleigh held various roles at Owens & Minor, including Operating Vice President of Program Management and Director of Administration & Operations. Notable experiences at Capital One Financial include HR Director of Compensation and Director of Specialty Operations, as well as Group Manager of Executive Compensation & Benefits. Earlier in the career, Lynnleigh worked at CSX Corporation as Manager of Executive Compensation and in research and administrative roles. Lynnleigh earned a BA in Classical Civilizations from William & Mary between 1982 and 1986.
