Tom Haugen

Tom Haugen has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. Tom began their career at Kellogg Company in 2005, where they held various roles such as Associate Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst. Tom later joined Performance Health in 2013 as Director of Global FP&A, and progressively advanced to positions such as Director of Finance, Vice President Finance, and Head of M&A. Tom also worked at Kellogg as a Finance Manager before their tenure at Performance Health.

Tom Haugen graduated in 2004 from the Wisconsin School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, focusing on Finance, Investment and Banking as well as Real Estate. Later on, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued an MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
