Performance Health Systems is an owner, manufacturer, software service provider, and worldwide distributor of advanced health and wellness technologies including the category leading Power Plate® and bioDensity™.

Power Plate devices use whole body vibration to create instability in the body in 3 planes of motion. These vibrations transmit waves of energy, activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second. Overall performance can be enhanced in sessions as short as 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week.

Whole body vibration through the use of Power Plate equipment offers a host of benefits, ranging from an immediate improvement in blood circulation to a wide variety of measurable outcomes including: anti-aging, hormonal benefits, increased muscle strength and flexibility, improved range of motion, reduced pain & soreness, and faster recovery.

The bioDensity system provides a safe and effective way to expose the body to the mechanical forces proven to produce an osteogenic response. This self-loaded device provides users, regardless of prior physical condition, the opportunity to produce maximal loads on the body in an effort to promote increases in motor neuron activation and bone density. bioDensity Performance Reports provide each registered user with updated results showing improvements over multiple sessions.

The bioDensity system is used in a wide variety of facilities including: medical, chiropractic, active aging and high performance athletics.
