Jennifer Falcon is an accomplished automotive industry professional with over 21 years of experience, largely within the Honda brand. Currently serving as the Variable Operations-Business Solutions leader at Performance Columbus Auto Group since April 2021, Jennifer also holds the position of General Manager at Performance Honda since April 2017. Prior positions include General Manager at Serra Honda and BMW of Champaign, Sales Manager at Roush Honda, and Sales Manager at Honda Marysville, where Jennifer developed a reputation as a relationship builder and inspired leader. Earlier career experience includes various sales and finance roles at Immke Northwest Honda. Jennifer is a graduate of Franklin University.
