Robert Graham, MD, MPH, Chef, is an accomplished medical professional and chef with extensive experience in integrative and holistic medicine. Currently serving as the founding Medical Director of Integrative Medicine and Optimal Health at Catholic Health, Robert is focused on transforming healthcare through innovative approaches. As the inaugural Integrative Wellness Physician at AMAN NY Spa, Robert oversees clinical operations and develops medical therapies. Additionally, Robert co-founded FRESH Medicine and serves as Chief Medical Officer of FRESH MED U, emphasizing self-care and health control. With a background that includes roles as Chief Health Officer and Chef at Performance Kitchen Crafted, as well as previous directorial positions at Northwell Health and Lenox Hill Hospital, Robert brings a unique blend of culinary and medical expertise. Educational achievements include degrees from Stony Brook School of Medicine and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, along with culinary training at the Natural Gourmet Institute.
