Li Cheng Sow

Li Cheng Sow is a Food Scientist with a demonstrated history of expertise in the research and food industry. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Food Science and Technology from the National University of Singapore and are skilled in hydrocolloids, rheology, texture, and product development. Li previously served as a Food Technologist at Musim Mas Group and a Senior Scientist at BOUNTIFOOD, where they developed functional foods and conducted extensive research. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Product Development and Formulation at Performance Labs.
