Ray D'Cruz

Ray D'Cruz is the co-founder and CEO of Performance Leader, a software and advisory company established in 2007 that focuses on fostering a feedback culture within professional firms to enhance collaboration, innovation, and growth, particularly for partnership groups. Prior to this, Ray held the position of Director at CPSM from June 2004 to April 2010, where strategic, client, and people advisory solutions were provided for professional firms in Australia and Asia. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Learning & Development at Clayton Utz, managing various educational programs, and as Learning & Development Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills, overseeing multiple learning initiatives. Ray began a legal career as a Litigation Lawyer following the completion of Articled Clerk rotations after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Religion & Theology from Monash University.
