Axel Alvarez Loya

Axel Alvarez Loya is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Performance Machine since July 2021, where responsibilities include increasing manufacturing efficiency using Six Sigma and SMED techniques while collaborating with CNC operators on the shop floor. Prior experience includes serving as Service Team Lead at Titan Shops, conducting research as a Research Scholar for CSUF LSAMP focused on the inverse kinematics of a bug's walking gait, and leading the Mechanical Science and Chassis teams for Titan Rover, contributing to soil sample analysis and compliance with University Rover Challenge regulations. Additional roles include mentoring students in a STEM summer program at CSUF and working as a dishwasher at Souplantation. Axel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, obtained in 2021.
