Heather Jones has a vast array of experience in various roles within different companies. At Performance Mechanical, Inc., Heather has held multiple titles such as Certified Payroll, Field Engineer, HVAC Jr. Estimator, and Estimating Assistant/Notary. Heather is responsible for preparing bids, tracking contracts, creating job numbers, submitting reports, and more. Prior to this, Heather worked at Lehmer's Buick-Pontiac as a Service Coordinator and at BMW as a Customer Care Manager, where Heather supervised employees, managed calls, and improved processes. Heather also has experience in service reception and cashier roles at Chevrolet Honda. Heather graduated from Prospects High School in 1998.
