At performance Potential, we don’t believe in teaching people more leadership theory. We believe in creating experiences for people to challenge and refine their own leadership theory. Then we give the opportunity to practice and rehearse, so that actually do it when it counts.

In addition to this, Performance Potential also facilitates the annual Athlete Potential Workshop featuring Olympians and Elite Athletes (including Anna Meares, Ben Daly, Brittany Elmslie and Mel Rippon) and the Women’s Potential Seminars - designed for high-potential women in high-performance roles.
