Dave Scatena

Dave Scatena is a highly experienced quality and operations professional with a background in program management and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Operations and Technical at the Performance Review Institute since October 2019, Dave oversees the operational and technical aspects of the PRI Registrar program to ensure compliance and accreditation for certification programs. Prior experience includes a decade at Westinghouse Electric Company, where Dave held key roles such as Principal Quality Engineer for the China Project and Senior Quality Engineer for the Nuclear Automation business unit. Dave's career began at II-VI Incorporated, where responsibilities included overseeing the Laser Test Group and managing warranty return and technical services. Educated at Penn State University with a B.S. in Physics and the University of Pittsburgh with an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, Dave combines robust technical knowledge with extensive quality assurance expertise.
