Steven Good

Steven Good has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steven currently works as a Software Delivery Manager at Performance Systems Development (PSD). Prior to that, they were a Software Application Developer at Good Apps, where they developed software solutions for private clients. Notably, they worked on the Finger Lakes Weather application.

Steven also has experience at Intertek, where they held multiple roles. As a Program Manager, they managed the Department of Energy testing program for electrical appliance energy efficiency compliance. Steven was responsible for managing concurrent projects, improving communication, and producing a centralized tracker. Steven also worked as an Operational Sales representative, assisting the sales team and acting as a point of contact for clients. Additionally, they served as a Project Engineer, overseeing throughput, personnel, and training in the Applied HVAC Performance group.

Before joining Intertek, Steven worked briefly as a Field Verification Specialist at TekCom Resources, Inc. Steven also had short-term roles as a Network Support Engineer at Brooksource and a Lead Engineer at Insight Global Consulting.

Earlier in their career, Steven was a Field Technician at Uniti Fiber and held various roles at SUNY Cortland - Networking and Telecommunications, including Programmer/Analyst, Assistant Network Technician, and Resident Assistant. Steven also worked as a Head Lifeguard at the Village of Groton and a Sales Associate at Walmart. Overall, Steven Good brings a strong background in software development, program management, sales, and technical support to their current role.

Steven Good attended the State University of New York Cortland from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
