Leonor Pacheco

Leonor Pacheco possesses extensive experience in international executive search and talent acquisition, currently working at Performance Talent Consulting International since February 2014. Leonor leads end-to-end international recruiting processes across multiple countries, focusing on top and middle management positions while managing client relationships with top management and HR partners. Additionally, Leonor operates as a career coach and strategist since 2011, providing guidance on career development. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at FINCA México, where Leonor implemented HR transformation strategies, and positions in communication and human resources at Novartis and Gemplus Industrial SA de CV. Leonor holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
