Maurice Simpson, MBA has extensive experience in environment, health, and safety management. Maurice has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including positions at Performance Team, Nestlé, Schindler Elevator Corporation, LFUSA/LF Logistics, IKEA Distribution North America, Office Depot, Inc, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA).

At Performance Team, Maurice serves as the National Director, responsible for transportation and warehouse environment, health, and safety. Prior to this, they worked at Nestlé as the Regional Transportation (DOT) Safety, Health, and Environment Manager, where they focused on improving safety and cultivating a zero-tolerance culture for injuries and incidents.

Before Nestlé, Maurice served as the Regional Environment, Health, and Safety Director at Schindler Elevator Corporation. Maurice was responsible for investigating employee injuries and accidents, working with regulatory agencies to minimize citations and fines, and implementing safety programs.

At LFUSA/LF Logistics, Maurice held the role of National Environment Health and Safety Director. Maurice designed and implemented comprehensive safety and security programs for distribution and logistics facilities across North America, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies.

Maurice also worked as the Environment, Health, Safety and Loss Prevention Manager at IKEA Distribution North America, where they managed safety and security initiatives within a large distribution facility. Maurice implemented auditing programs to ensure international compliance and integrity in operations.

Prior to this, Maurice worked at Office Depot, Inc as the District Loss Prevention and Safety Manager, where they achieved significant reductions in injuries and claims. Maurice also served as the Operations Manager, overseeing supply chain functions in a large distribution facility.

Maurice's career began at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA), where they served as the Security Systems Operations Project Manager. Maurice successfully managed multiple safety and security projects while adhering to government regulations and standards.
