Yasmine Grinston

Yasmine Grinston is currently the HRIS Manager at Performance Team. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Success & Program Manager at ELCK Global from October 2020 to May 2021. Yasmine has also worked as a Human Resources Information System Consultant at Courier Distribution Systems Final Mile from November 2019 to June 2021 and as a Senior HRIS Analyst VII at Paycom from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, they have experience working as an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise from February 2016 to November 2017 and as a Lead Cashier at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from May 2012 to October 2015.

Yasmine Grinston received their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Yasmine is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Yasmine also holds an MBA in Data Analytics from LSU Shreveport. In addition, they have received certification from Paycom in Leading with Lean and Project Management Essentials, and from the University of Oklahoma in Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification.
