Carmen Calabro

Carmen Calabro has been working in the recruitment and staffing industry since 1984. Carmen started their career at N.R. Affinito & Associates, LLC as the Vice President of Consulting Services. In 2008, they joined Bass & Company Management Consultants (now acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation) as Manager/National Corporate Recruitment. Here, they developed recruitment channels that yielded quality leads and established low-cost recruitment systems. In 2011, they joined System One as a Sr. Account Manager and was responsible for executive search, recruitment, account management, sales and business development, contract negotiation, and staffing. Finally, in 2014, they joined Performance Technology Partners, LLC as Director, Corporate Recruiting for Customer Experience, Cyber Security, and Government. Here, they were responsible for seeking candidates for various positions and managing recruitment initiatives.

Carmen Calabro holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management from PennWest Clarion.
