PERFORMANCEHQ -

Established in 2008, PerformanceHQ (PHQ) exists to build the capacity of leaders.
Jacqui Ferris the Director of PHQ, has worked closely with leaders for 25 years.

Jacqui supports organisations looking to find and develop talent at all levels.
PHQ’s underlying principal is that leaders are responsible for developing talent in their organisations and subscribes to the premise of:
•	people first,
•	then customers,
•	then shareholders

As they move up the organisation, leaders deal with ever-competing priorities. Helping them to incorporate ‘people first’ as a priority, is a challenge, but one we achieve with candour, humour, finesse and patience, recognising that each leader learns and responds in different ways.
