Paula Broutman has a diverse work experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Paula started their career as a Chef at Hotel Nikko Chicago in 1992 and later joined Foodstuffs as a Catering Sales Assistant in 1993. Paula then moved on to Sugarplum Catering, where they worked as a Catering Director for over 13 years. In 2009, they became the Director of Catering at Wolfgang Puck Catering. Since 2010, they have been serving as the President of Performance Plus, a company that provides janitorial and cleaning services to businesses.
Paula Broutman earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Professional Cooking degree at the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago from 1991 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paula obtained a certification as a BSCAI Member from BSCAI in February 1995.
