Melissa Christ

Melissa Christ has a diverse work experience in human resources roles. Melissa is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Performant Corp. Prior to this, they worked at Cor Partners as Chief People Officer, where they were responsible for various HR functions. Before that, they held the positions of Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Nationwide Insurance. In these roles, they developed HR strategies, managed talent and performance, and implemented organization design initiatives. Earlier in their career, Melissa served as VP of Human Resources at FutureHealth, Sr. HR Manager at XLHealth, and HR Manager at Archdiocese of Baltimore.

Melissa Christ holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Melissa also has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Baltimore. In addition to their formal education, Melissa has obtained certifications in Certified Executive Coaching from the Center for Creative Leadership and Change Management from Prosci.
