Tyler Alexander

Tyler Alexander, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Tyler is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Performant Corp since October 2022.

Prior to their current role, Tyler held various positions at Perrigo Company plc. Tyler served as the Lead Talent Strategist, Global Talent Acquisition CoE, where they focused on aligning talent strategies with global business objectives, including DE&I, employer branding, and talent pipelining strategies. Tyler also managed executive-level recruitment across the organization. Tyler also worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Perrigo's Michigan Operations, where they provided recruitment leadership and support for manufacturing operations, as well as leading recruitment for various business functions. During their time at Perrigo, they redesigned recruitment processes for pandemic hiring compliance and implemented a social media recruitment strategy.

Before their tenure at Perrigo, Tyler was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, responsible for leading the recruiting and onboarding functions for the entire organization.

Tyler also gained experience at National Heritage Academies as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, managing recruitment processes for K-8 school positions in Ohio, Colorado, and Michigan. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Haworth Inc and Staffing & Recruitment at The Huntington National Bank.

Tyler Alexander, SHRM-SCP, obtained a B.B.A. degree in HR Management & Marketing from Grand Valley State University in 2004. Prior to that, they studied Public Administration at Macquarie University until 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in September 2020, SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in December 2017, and Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS) from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in March 2015.
