Magda Dasiewicz

Magda Dasiewicz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of People & Operations at Performante since 2014. In this role, Magda oversees the company's operational areas, develops the People & Culture field, and provides consultancy to managers on leadership. Responsibilities also include planning recruitment strategies, enhancing employee experience through culture and branding initiatives, and implementing onboarding programs. Prior to Performante, Magda held multiple roles at Hays from December 2010 to July 2014, including HR & Operations Manager and Senior Resourcing Consultant, where Magda managed recruitment processes for IT projects and earned the IT Contracting Star award for Consultant of the Year. Magda holds a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, specializing in Human Resources Management.
