Kelsey Pettigrew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelsey started their career in 2011 as a Secondary English Teacher at Sarasota County Schools, where they taught a variety of subjects and implemented individualized teaching strategies. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Salon Coordinator at James Griffith Salon. Here, they played a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon. In 2017, Kelsey joined Perform[cb] as a Compliance Associate, where they provided support in ensuring adherence to promotional and brand compliance. Kelsey quickly climbed up the ranks and became a Senior Compliance and Brand Coordinator in 2020. Eventually, they took on a leadership position as the Director of Promotional and Brand Compliance in 2023.
