Alex Furman

Alex Furman is a seasoned technology and entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in founding and managing innovative companies. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Performica since September 2022, Alex focuses on enhancing workplace performance through unique management solutions. Prior to this, Alex co-founded Cash For Refugees to support vulnerable populations affected by the Ukraine war and played a pivotal role at Invitae for over a decade, driving cultural and technological innovations. Additional leadership roles include positions on the board of directors at EcoShift Development and previous engineering and consulting roles in several technology firms, including Navigenics and GuidedChoice, where contributions to product design and software development were significant.
