Chloe Bloem

Chloe Bloem is the Director of Experience Design at Performio. Chloe has over 15 years of experience in the field of experience design, and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Chloe started their career as a graphic and web designer, before moving into the field of user experience design. Chloe has worked as a Senior User Experience Designer, Senior Experience Designer, and Experience Design Director for companies such as National Australia Bank, Origin Energy, and Jade Software Corporation.

In their current role at Performio, Chloe is responsible for leading the experience design team and ensuring that all products are designed with the user in mind. Chloe is passionate about creating simple and intuitive designs that make complex tasks easy for users to understand and complete.

Chloe Bloem holds a Bachelor of Design (Honours) from Swinburne University of Technology in Multimedia Design. Chloe is certified from Eager Labs in People Leadership (EagerCONNECT) and from Brainmates in The Essentials of Product Management.
