Amy Rath

Amy Rath is currently the Senior Director of Client Success at Performitiv and the Co-Founder of Unsung Voices Books. Prior to their current roles, Amy has held positions at companies such as Workday, CEB (now Gartner), KnowledgeAdvisors, DWG Corporation, and Kensington International. Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Performance Studies from Northwestern University and a Master of Arts in Applied Professional Studies from DePaul University. Their experience includes client success management, talent analytics, project management, and organizational development.
