Jeb Metric

Jeb Metric is the Chief Technical Officer at Performitiv. Jeb was previously the Senior Vice President of Product at KnowledgeAdvisors from May 2001 to June 2015, where they were responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle from white space (ideation) through market release. Jeb hired, developed, and managed a team of software engineers and product managers, and introduced client advisory groups to ensure continuous and two-way communications on product development. Metric grew the product from a learning and development measurement into a broader talent analytics market in support of company strategy. Jeb also collaborated with senior leaders and other functions on the development of the product roadmap and features. As a technology evangelist, they attended user groups, conferences, and symposiums, and they also managed the security function for the product roadmap and client review. Jeb prepared the function for and led product reviews during due diligence, IT vendor management, and direct interaction with Fortune 500 companies to design and develop to their needs. Metric was previously the Manager of E-Business at Productivity Point International from February 2000 to May 2001.
