Leigh Ricciardi

Leigh Ricciardi has held a variety of human resources roles throughout their career. Leigh has been a Human Resources Manager at PerformLine since 2020, a Senior Human Resources Specialist from 2020 to 2018, and a Human Resources Coordinator from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their roles at PerformLine, they were an HR Generalist at Ashland from 2018 to 2015, where they were a HR Business Partner to 120 employees, participated in global restructuring, handled employee relations and SIMS HR case management, and assisted with global transition from SAP to Workday. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Peer Tutor and Peer Learning Assistant at Monmouth University. During 2017, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a local CPA firm, a Human Resources Intern at RB, and a Summer Intern at Kristen Huber, LPC. Leigh has also held the role of Manager at The Boardwalk Ice Cream and Rentals since 2009.

Leigh Ricciardi attended Monmouth University from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Psychology.
