Tasneem Chowdhury has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Tasneem began their career as a Sales Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc. in 2015. In 2017, they became the Vice President of the United Nations Association of the United States of America CCNY, where they organized and coordinated a benefit dinner in support of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number 4, Quality Education, to raise funds for Kakuma and Dadaab refugee camp in Kenya. Tasneem also conducted outreach to encourage student body to join and gain experience in advocacy and youth engagement in support of SDG. In 2019, they took on the role of Partners for Change Fellow at the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership. In 2020, they became a Project Manager and Senior Team Member at know.careers, as well as a Policy and Housing Intern at Community Voices Heard, where they were responsible for researching and drafting property data and analysis, maintaining communication with community members, assisting in organizing campaigns, and managing mailing lists and maintaining communication with partner organizations. Finally, in 2022, they became a Client Solutions Associate at PerformLine.

Tasneem Chowdhury has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & International Studies from The City College of New York, which they completed in 2020. In 2019, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Rights in Argentina from the Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Lyndhurst High School in 2016, and from International hope School of Bangladesh in 2014.
