Fizel Nejabat is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in technology and finance. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Performr.ai since November 2024, Fizel is focused on developing innovative on-body sensors for personalized health and performance insights. Prior to this, Fizel founded and held the position of COO at Algbra from January 2021 to March 2025, where the mission was to create a digital finance app promoting ethical financial practices and community empowerment. Fizel's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Clifford Chance from April 2015 to January 2021, where work involved corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and technology. Additionally, Fizel was the Business Development Manager at Obelisk Support from February 2014 to March 2015, contributing to legal support services that emphasize social impact. Fizel holds a degree from the University of Oxford.
