Elizabeth Giunta PharmD, BCACP is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Clinical Pharmacist II at PerformRx since May 2017, Elizabeth previously worked as a Transitions of Care Pharmacist and PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Einstein Healthcare Network from June 2014 to May 2017.
