Kristen Schaffer

Kristen Schaffer has been working in the customer experience field since 2010. Kristen began their career as an Orientation Intern at the Office of New Student Programs in 2010, followed by an Intern role at the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs in 2012. In 2012, they also worked as a Customer Communications Associate at Rent The Runway. From 2013 to 2016, Kristen worked at Plated in various roles, including Customer Experience Team Lead and Customer Experience Associate. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Customer Experience at Capsule Pharmacy. From 2017 to 2019, Kristen worked as a Client Experience Manager of Product at Bluewolf, an IBM Company. Kristen is currently employed as a Customer Success Manager at Red Points.

Kristen Schaffer attended the College of Charleston from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business/Corporate Communications. Kristen then obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Sales Consultant from Salesforce in April 2017.
