Madison McLaughlin has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as a Work Study for EC Athletic Trainers at Emmanuel College (Boston). In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Service Representative at Healy's News Store, where they were responsible for marketing fundamentals/changing customer demographics, balancing register/reconciling end of day sales, and communicating efficiently with diverse customers. In 2018, they were a Marketing Intern at McNeil, Gray and Rice, where they were responsible for pitching editorial opportunities to senior management at B-to-B companies and successfully scheduling appointments for the agency, as well as monitoring industry news, social media platforms, distributing press releases, updating follow-up sheets, creating press clips and transcriptions. In 2019, they were a Marketing Coordinator for the Breaker Girls & Boys AAU Basketball Programs, where they created/facilitated email flyers and advertising campaigns to players, coaches and vendors, developed contact databases, posts on social media platforms, write-ups and logos, and managed online store and organizations website. Finally, in 2020, they became a Customer Success Manager at Community Brands, where they were responsible for increasing customer satisfaction through discussing and implementing numerous ideas and best practices, and properly managing a variety of accounts by providing the partner with statistical information and development items, so they can make the best use of their product. Madison McLaughlin is currently a Customer Success Manager at PerformYard, a position they have held since 2022.
