Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Perham Health since October 2024, Mike previously held the position of Director of Facilities Management at Astera Health from October 2021 to October 2024, overseeing engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, culinary services, biomedical, groundkeeping, safety, security, and construction project management. Prior to this, Mike was the Director of Support Services and Director of Facilities Management at Lake Region Healthcare from April 2000 to October 2021, where responsibilities included plant operations, emergency preparedness, and overall facility management. Mike holds a degree in Business Management from the Minnesota School of Business.
