Alexander Nicolaus

Alexander Nicolaus is an experienced HR-IT Project Manager at PERI since October 2018, with a robust background in training management and SAP SuccessFactors. Prior roles include Team-Lead for Training Management at BASF and Project Manager for SAP Learning Management implementations across Europe and regional projects in Asia-Pacific and North America. Alexander has held various positions at BASF, focusing on HR IT governance, process definition, and global implementation initiatives, with international delegations to the United States and Malaysia. Alexander holds a degree in International Business Information Technology from the University of Corporate Education in Mannheim and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Open University London.
