Ekaterina Arskaya

Ekaterina Arskaya has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at PERI since September 2021, and previously held similar roles at Mosenergo from September 2014 to September 2021, and at Sollers-Auto from November 2009 to April 2014. Arskaya has a proven track record in managing recruitment processes, developing recruitment plans, and preparing job descriptions in collaboration with department heads. Additional expertise includes coordinating graduate recruitment projects, collaborating with recruitment agencies, and presenting corporate culture to new employees. Prior experience also includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Aldridge Baine Morton, where Arskaya managed full recruitment cycles for notable clients. Arskaya holds a Master's degree in Law from the Higher School of Economics, earned from 2002 to 2007.
