Irene Kramer

Irene Kramer has extensive experience in customer insights and analytics, currently serving as a Consultant at PERI since October 2020, specializing in the scaffolding and shoring business area and segment industry management. Kramer has led international online surveys and played a key role in the planning, execution, and analysis of comprehensive customer surveys across multiple countries. In addition to the consulting role, Kramer has been a lecturer at DHBW Ravensburg since October 2024, teaching various business and marketing courses, and previously served as a lecturer and research assistant at Hochschule Neu-Ulm and Technische Hochschule Ulm. Kramer holds a Doctorate in Social Sciences from the University of Hohenheim, with expertise in communication science, complemented by a Master’s in Empirical Communication Science and a Bachelor’s in Media and Communication.
